THE TOP 3 IN EACH QUALIFING
EVENT AND THE TOP 5 IN THE FEATURE MUST SCALE.
1. CARS: Any passenger car with
a maximum wheelbase of 104 inches measured at track with
1-inch tolerance. Car must be 10 years old or older.
Front wheel or rear wheel drive; no 4x4's allowed.
Automatic or standard. no convertibles. Complete car
must remain OEM STOCK. NO MODIFICATIONS OF ANY KIND.
2. BODIES: All upholstery,
chrome emblems and glass must be removed. Doors must be
welded shut. Holes in floor or firewall must be covered.
No removal of any other components or parts. No gutting
of metal, this includes hoods and trunks, hatchbacks.
(Except on inside of doors for door bars) Factory Door
plate must remain in place.
3. TIRES/RIMS: Maximum 195/60
Or, 205/70 no 50 series tires. (No racing or aggressive
tired allowed.. M+S RATING ACCEPTABLE. No altering,
grooving etc. of tires. Stock steel wheels ONLY, NO
racing rims. Min. tire pressure right side must be 30
PSI, Min, tire pressure left side must be 25 PSI, before
race starts.
4. BRAKES: All 4 wheels must
lock up.
5. DIFFS and Transmissions
Spider gears in diff. May be welded. No gutting of
transmission it must function in all gears.
6. ENGINES: OEM stock 4-cyl or
3-cyl engines only. HORSEPOWER PLUS TOURQUE COMBINED
MUST NOT BE GREATER THAN 280. (Factory Specs) Engines
used me be 10 years old or older. Interchange of motors
allowed within make & model only. No rotary motors. No
RX7s. Carbureted or fuel injection. Exhaust must be
directed under car. (NO MODIFICATIONS TO ENHANCE H.P.,
i.e. Computer chips)
7. BUMPERS: Must remain OEM
stock and must be on car at the beginning of the race,
(no sharp edges)

8. WINDSHIELDS:
Windshields must be removed and a heavy gauge
screen of four 1/4 inch bars mounted in front of
driver (top to bottom of window) DRIVERS WINDOW
NETS REQUIRED)
9. ROLLCAGE: The minimum
roll cage allowed is one continuous hoop behind
the driver's seat from the left floor to the
roof, across the top and back down to the right
side of the passenger seat.; one bar to run from
top left of main hoop to bottom right of hoop
and from top right to bottom left. One bar to
run behind driver's seat for mounting seatbelts
and seat. Two front roof bars of the same
material as the main hoop to connect at the top
of main hoop and extend forward to top of front
window with an approximate 30 degree bend down
toward lower part of the front window with an
approximate 60 degree bend and connecting to the
floor in the same place as the other bar. One
center roof bar to run from windshield cross bar
to main hoop. Two crossbars are to run at the
top and bottom of front window. All bars must be
.095 x 1.50 round steel tubing only. Bars must
tie into frame or a steel plate (min. 36 square
inches per floor plate) bolted or welded to the
floor or rear seat riser. Minimum plated
thickness is 1/8 steel. A minimum of two
(horizontal) door bars (12 inches apart)
connected to the main cage with five vertical
bars equally spaced between them, drivers side
mandatory. Crush bar to be mounted from top hoop
to top horizontal door bar. Passenger side crush
bar to be mounted from top hoop to floor plate.
If existing cage has door bars ON PASSENGER
SIEDE, crush bar can be mounted from top hoop to
door bar. Bracing allowed between rear strut
towers i.e. x-brace. One doorplate mounted on
the outside of the driver's door optional.
(Passenger bars or plate optional) must extend 6
inches past the door in either direction and
centered on door.
Doorplate must be made
of 1/4 inches flat steel x 6 inches wide. No
grader blades, etc. Must be bolted in 4 spots
equally spaced with 1/2 inch bolts and washers
through doors/fenders, NOTE: all bars must be
properly welded an gusseted this is the minimum
cage required. Additional bars may be used for
safety reasons only. (Roll cage must pass tech
before allowed to race)
9.1 Strongly suggested
Rule: ROLL CAGE, SUB FRAME CONNECTORS AND
KICKERS
Roll Bar, Sub frame
connectors, front and rear Kicker bars, as per
diagram, Seats must tie into the base of the
roll cage as per diagram. Front kicker bars
cannot go past radiator cradle. Rear kickers can
not go beyond 6 inches past strut towers to
allow a crush zone. All kickers, both front and
rear as well as frame connectors must be made of
round tubing 0.095 x 1.625 (1-5/8) Front and
rear kickers are optional, but are strongly
recommended to increase chassis integrity.

10.
RACING SEAT: Racing approved
aluminum racing seat is
mandatory with a minimum of four
3/8 bolts, two to the lower seat
mount as per diagram and two to
the roll hoop or back bar. No
factory seats or fiberglass seat
allowed.
11.
BATTERY: Must be securely
mounted in engine compartment.
12. FUEL
SYSTEM: Pump gasoline only.
Stock tanks in original position
or one safety approved boat tank
only (plastic or metal). Maximum
fuel size is 25 liters (6.6 US
gal). Fuel tank mounted as close
to the rear firewall as possible
in the trunk area. Trunk area
must be closed off from driver's
compartment. Tank to be held
down with two one inch straps.
Fuel line running through car
must be steel; max. 3/8 inch.
After market electric fuel pumps
allowed. Must have a shut-off
switch clearly marked within the
drivers reach.
13.
HOOD: Must have a 10 inch hole
above engine in case of a fire.
14.
SUSPENSION: Must remain OEM. NO
modifications of any kind.
15.
ILLEGAL PARTS: ALL VEHICAL AND
COMPONET (MOTOR, TRANSMISSION
ETC.) IDINIFICATION NUMBERS MUST
REMAIN INTACTED FOR THE PURPOSE
OF TECHING. REMOVING THESE #S OR
ILLEGAL PARTS WILL RESULT IN A
DISQUALIFICATION AND A FINE UP
TO $500 AND/OR SUSPENSION UP TO
ONE YEAR AND LOSS OF POINTS
(YTD).

GENERAL RACING RULES -
PROTESTS
1. Protests
shall be in writing stating the item to be
checked, & signed by driver . Protests
must be submitted to track officials (Tech
inspector or Competition Director) prior to the
start of the main event of class being protested
& include protest fee. Protesting party
does not have to attend the actual teardown /
inspection, no silent protests, name will be
given of person doing the protest.
Engine protest fees are
as follows; BRS classes $75.00 for top end,
$75.00 for bottom end and $50.00 non refundable
fee goes to the tech inspector. All other
protest fees are $25.00 cash. If car is
illegal, as determined by officials, loss of all
track points earned up to that point . In
such a case protest fees other than the $50.00
tech fee shall be returned to protesting party.
